Visually, the rooms at The Sylvan are an Instagrammer’s dream, but perhaps the biggest highlight of the hotel is its food and beverage program that consists of two bars and one restaurant. The Willow Bar, the hotel’s airy ground level garden oasis focuses on sophisticated bar snacks, charcuterie and botanical-inspired cocktails, classic spirits and spritzers.
